The PPP/NEISCertificate IV in Business (Small Business Management) covers competencies such as promoting the business,
profiling the market, researching business opportunities and several others that are small business
management. You will be educated in how to distinguish between an idea and an opportunity, how to plan
business goals and objectives, how to identify your business on a legal level from an ownership prospective,
the philosophy of marketing, how to identify and implement an operational plan, and most importantly how to
plan and manage the total financial direction of your business from determining expenses through to applying for finance.
Those seeking this qualification are those who are currently managing or own a business and require the skills needed to be successful in any sort of enterprise.
