Hospitality food safety supervisor course

Image_Hospitality_08.png Under the Food Act 2006, every licensable food business in Queensland will be required to have a Food Safety Supervisor by 22nd February 2008!

If you are one of the following...

A Supermarket, Convenience store, Grocer, Delicatessen, Restaurant, Hotel, Take-away & Café, If you are catering for Private functions, or regular markets or stalls, or if you are a Food Warehous or Bulk food Distribution Centre then the two subject areas that are required to be compliant in your industry are:

THHGHS01B - Follow workplace hygiene procedures

THHBCC11B - Implement food safety procedures

Work Skills can make it easy for you to get your business compliant with these new laws and avoid any penalties in the future.

We can deliver the training and assessment for you in four different ways:

1 We can recognise your previous learning in your field (RPL) and assess your competence and knowledge with workplace hygiene procedures and your ability to implement safety procedures. $125 each unit.
$250 in total. 
2 Or we can deliver the training in a classroom environment as a group or if a corporation to a group of ten or more where you can be trained and assessed in the one day. $150 each unit.
$300 in total.
3 Or we can provide you with two learning booklets. One for each subject. These booklets have activites and excercises to be completed. You can complete this at your own pace and send to us when you have finished. $125 each unit.
$250 in total.
4 Or we can deliver the training face to face, that is we come to you and train you on the spot one on one. The training for each unit will be delivered in two hours (4 hours in total for both units) in the morning and assessed in the afternoon.
$300 each unit.
$600 in total.
