ABOUT THESE QUALIFICATIONS
These highly interactive programs are designed to target specific needs or skill gaps. They can be delivered as one on one training sessions (just you and the Trainer) or group sessions (you nominate the number of course participants). These courses can be delivered at your workplace or at an agreed site or in one of Work Skills training rooms.
Work Skills are able to customise a program to the needs of your business. We can blend the content from several courses and develop a fully customised training program.
A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a simple process to qualify why or if you need to do training, what business benefits and gains are expected, and what the costs and returns on investment will be of the program.
Click here for a full outline of a Training Needs Analysis. It includes the 6 steps on how to develop a Training Plan for staff in any size business. Also available is a Training Needs Analysis Survey (Word, 1.78MB) which can be downloaded and adapted for use in any business.
